Marius Rosedale, M.Ed.

Marius Rosedale possesses nearly 30 years of leadership experience, including almost two decades in higher education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, secondary teaching credentials in Ohio, Arizona, and California, and a Master of Education in Transformational Leadership. 

Marius has held executive leadership, management, and Human Resources roles across small and medium-sized enterprises. He has consistently driven operational efficiency, business growth, and profitability while upholding ethical standards and fostering employee-centric leadership. Key achievements include driving a 280% revenue increase for a physical therapy practice over three years, contributing to a 10,733% stock price growth for a publicly traded company (from $0.12 to $13.00 per share) over 6 years, and participating in a NASDAQ bell-ringing ceremony.

Marius brings over 15 years of leadership experience in online higher education, where he has successfully directed top-performing teams in training, admissions, advising, compliance, and quality assurance. His expertise lies in supporting high-risk student populations, with a focus on enhancing persistence, retention, and graduation rates through innovative, student-centered strategies and inclusive leadership. Committed to advancing educational access and success, Marius leverages his extensive knowledge of both traditional and online learning environments to drive impactful outcomes. Key achievements include driving a 220% increase in local student enrollment at a traditional university within 14 months, improving first-course completion rates at an online university from 68% to 97%, and together with Dr. Newmann recently contributed a chapter to “Online Educational Leadership Perspectives: Higher Education in a Post-Pandemic Society” (2025).

Marius resides in Arizona with his wife of 29 years and their four adult children. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys hiking, attending live music events, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jennifer Newmann, MBA, EdD

Dr. Jennifer Newmann brings over 20 years of experience bridging higher education, business leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has served as Lead Faculty, Dean, Program Director, and Provost at WSCUC, NWCCU, and ACCSC-accredited institutions, where she led accreditation efforts, redesigned business curricula, and advanced innovative teaching and learning practices. Currently, she directs business education programs at Bryan University, focusing on preparing students for the rapidly changing workforce.

Drawing on her multi-generational entrepreneurial background, Jennifer has owned and operated several small businesses in San Diego, giving her a practical edge when working with schools and organizations on strategy, leadership, and growth. She has a proven track record of helping institutions adapt to change while keeping student success at the center.

Jennifer is especially proactive in integrating innovation and technology into education and business, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence and its impact on leadership, learning, and organizational strategy. She is passionate about equipping small colleges, schools, and businesses with forward-thinking solutions that balance tradition with cutting-edge approaches.

She earned her BS in Psychology from Arizona State University, her MBA from National University during the early wave of online education, and her EdD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Behavior from the University of California, San Diego.

Today, Jennifer partners with small colleges, schools, and businesses to deliver executive and leadership training, strategic consulting, and innovative solutions that drive growth and long-term success.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer resides part-time on a lake in Tennessee and part-time along the Gulf Coast, where she enjoys the ocean and warmer weather with her husband of 33 years. Together, they have two grown children and share a love of classic, air-cooled Porsches, often exploring winding country roads to destinations unknown.
